2. The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2014 in connection with K.Nagar P.S. Case No. 562 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 394 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the FIR is against unknown persons and even in course of trial PW2 was unable to identify the petitioner as the perpetrator of the crime. The petitioner claims clean antecedents and he has been falsely implicated and only an amount of Rs. 18,000/- out of the total amount of Rs. 5,12,000/- said to have been snatched by the miscreants has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Saurav Yadav @ Saurabh Yadav had been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10675 of 2015.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K.
