The notification of the appointment of Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority has been made yesterday, and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ application to file a fresh application before the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority within 30 days from today.
If such an application is filed by petitioner before Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority
Patna High Court CWJC No.11792 of 2018(10) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 within 30 days from today the same shall be entertained and decided on its own merits in accordance with law and without raising any objection in respect of limitation, if any. The interim order in favor of the petitioner will continue till the matter is first heard by Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority and the application for interim stay is to be considered by Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority in view of the matter the first date of hearing must be fixed by Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority within eight weeks from today.
