ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 14-07-2026 A perusal of the prayer sought for in the present writ petition reveals that the petitioner is challenging the election of the Chairman of the Bimalpur PACS, the prayer in the present writ petition cannot be granted. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he has to file an election petition challenging the election of the Chairman and also any grievance with regard to the final voter list.

2. The present writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
