The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 registered under Sections 147,148, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 of Indian Penal Code as well Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on Section 302 of Indian Penal Code was added when the victim died.

There is general and omnibus allegation that 12 persons named in the F.I.R. fired thereafter, assaulted by butt of rifle by which the victim fell down and Md. Mardi assaulted the victim and found injury on her leg.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Salkhua P.S.Case No. 119 of 2015.
