2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Dhanaraua P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as even according to the first information report, the main injuries appear to be on the legs of the informant's father though the accusation against the petitioner is of assault on his head. It is further submitted that there is a considerable delay in instituting the first information report on 12.06.2015 for the alleged occurrence of 05.06.2015. It is stated that other coaccused have been granted bail by the learned court below.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the arrest or surrender of petitioner before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanaraua P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
