Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021 lodged under Sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 120B of the I.P.C. read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 12.05.2022, provisional bail has been granted to him with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the investigation/trial and he will name all the persons who are engaged in the illicit trade of liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this

He submits that in this way, he has complied all the orders. It transpires from the record that learned counsel for the State has also filed a report about the compliance of the Court's order.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for provisional bail.
