Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 794 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the named accused persons Mani Paswan and Subodh Paswan shot at the deceased. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation and he is in custody since 02.03.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 794 of 2022. The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
