There is case and counter case between the parties. No doubt, injured of the present case is said to have sustained 12 injuries, out of them 11 injuries were found simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and one injury i.e. on right forearm was found grievous in nature but annexure 4 to the petition reveals that this petitioner also sustained injury said to be caused by sharp edged weapon.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Ekma P.S. Case no. 49/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
