2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Laheria Sarai P.S. Case No. 377 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he is neither purchaser nor witness in the registered sale deed executed by the informant's father in respect of the land. It is further submitted that the informant's father duly executed the sale deed and appeared before the Registrar for presenting the documents and has not come forward with any complaint.

4. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8382 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 showing that he had two cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Bail petition stands dismissed.
