JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 26-06-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that the quantity of liquor seized from the vehicle was 250 m.l only.

That being so, we modify the order dated 16.5.2018 to the effect that the vehicle in question shall be released on the petitioner furnishing two sureties in place of bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai. Other conditions will remain the same.
