JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction in the alias name of petitioner no.2. Heard the counsel for the petitioners and counsel for the State.

The petitioners are languishing in jail since 24.04.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, it is a case of murder of informant's daughter, namely, Kichuri Kumari by the accused persons due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 24.04.2015. Chargesheet has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29771 of 2015 (4) dt.16-10-2015 been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Both the petitioners are Dewar of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S.Case No.157 of 2014.
