2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 304B, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per FIR, it is a case of dowry death due to nonfulfillment of dowry demand.

4. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is said to have killed the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2021 and the trial of the petitioner is being delayed.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, XIV, Sitamarhi/ concerned Court in connection with Belsand P.S.
