Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 07.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70008/ 2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 11.08.2021. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
