2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 536 of 2023, registered for the alleged offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that all the witnesses have been examined.

4. The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the learned trial court may be directed to move expeditiously so that the trial is concluded at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40577 of 2024(7) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 earliest and the petition may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court.

5. Since the trial has come to at the fag end, I do not think any useful purpose would be served by keeping the present petition pending.

6. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to ensure the disposal of the trial before it within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
