The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Altogether 932.375 liters illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from some vehicles, which were parked in an open field.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has got no concern either with the seized liquor or vehicles in question. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
