The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2019. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of unnatural offence against a boy of eight years. Besides victim others have also supported the allegation against the petitioner. Though the medical report does not corroborate the allegation. However, considering the statement of the victim, I
