Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.06.2020. Trial court report reveals that seven witnesses have already been examined and three witnesses are yet to be examined and the case is likely to be concluded within three months.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
