The petitioner is accused in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 324 of 2014, registered under Section 498(A), 304(B), 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of Runny Devi and her two years son by her husband as well as her in-laws and the dead bodies had been thrown on the railway track to disappear the evidence, due to non-fulfillment of the demand of motorcycle. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased, daughter of the informant. Further submission is that, in fact, deceased made demand of money from the petitioner (husband), but he could not provide the same and thereafter deceased taking

Further submission is that it would appear from the case diary that dead body was found near the railway track. In course of investigation, it has come that the driver of the train reported about death of a women and a boy in train accident as detailed in paragraph 5 of the case diary. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 324 of 2014. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) manish/- U T
