Learned counsel for the parties submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra, as Annexure-7 is the settler on the point.
In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.10270 of 2018(3) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 decision in the light of Annexure-7 and in the event, the case of the petitioner is found similar to the case of petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 13132 of 2008 (Annexure-7), necessary decision with regard to payment of salary must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
