The husband of the informant is the petitioner seeking bail in Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 registered under sections 498-A and 379/34 IPC including section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. It is stated that the informant on her own left the matrimonial home. The allegations are concocted. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 21.06.2015. He is always ready and willing to resolve the matrimonial discord and live with the informant-wife peacefully and to maintain her with full dignity/honour. Considering the above stand as also the period of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51829 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 incarceration, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Pandey, J.M. 1st Class, Hajipur at Vaishali in Desari P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. In the event of framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
