The writ application is now required to be dismissed in view of the advertisement, which has been issued by the Raj Bhawan to fill up the post of Financial Advisor. Since the process has been set in motion, no adjudication is required to be made. The appointment will answer the issue raised by the petitioner, who also seems to be a motivated or sponsored litigant, because he has nothing to do with the affairs of the university. Counter affidavit of the State has been filed today, which is placed on record.
