The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The report of the trial Judge reveals that the trial is at the verge of conclusion.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 296 of 2019, arising out of Bihiya P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018, as the petitioner is carrying allegation of commission of fire arm injury and murder of Ranjit Bahadur @ Chhotka.
