The petitioner, namely, Munna Sao is in custody since 09.04.2015 in Jamui P.S. Case No.138 of 2012 under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the F.I.R., Rangdari of Rs.5 lacs was demanded from the informant by two mobile being Mobile Nos.9006916109 and 8294825588. It appears that during investigation, the police found that Mobile No.9006916109 belonged to Umesh Thakur and Mobile No.8294825588 belonged to Rakesh Gupta.

Considering the above facts that the mobile by which Rangdari was demanded is not of this petitioner and the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50612 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 is in custody since 09.04.2015, I direct the petitioner named above to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.138 of 2012.
