JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of confessional statement and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused persons have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
