JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(I) To direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner according to merit position in the respective department in terms of order dated 18.05.2021 passed in CWJC No.10857 of 2019 and its analogous cases on being identical and on similar footing.
(II) To hold and declare that the petitioner is entitle of the benefit of his appointment and posting along with arrears of salary, pay protection and other allowances being

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
