It would appear that the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of talk through his mobile and after that one co-accused confessed his guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner and others. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner and moreover, some co-accused persons having more or less similar allegation have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jhajha P.S. Case no. 64/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
