====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 24-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the University.

Counsel for the University submits that more than Rs.15,000,00/- under the head of earned leave Rs.4,67,000/- and odd, with regard to gratuity the remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/- and towards arrear Rs.1,16,000/- have been paid in the account of the petitioner and remaining differential amount of pension from April 2019 to March 2020, 75% has already been paid and 25% is remaining.

Counsel for the University further submits that the University shall pay other admissible dues of petitioner in his account as soon as fund shall be received from the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.14546 of 2021(6) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 exchequer and it is probable that the said payment may be made within 3 months.

In this view of the matter, let this case is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that if within 3 months amount shall not be paid with statutory interest in his account then he shall be at liberty to file fresh representation for payment and authorities shall assure his payment within 1 months thereafter. With this direction, the writ application is hereby disposed off.
