Petitioner is in custody in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 for the offence under sections 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in cutting bag of the informant with intent to entract money from the bag.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.4.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
