At the very outset, counsel for the State submits that with the same relief, earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court in CWJC No 4696 of 2019, ,which was disposed of on 14.09.2020.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to with draw the petition with the liberty to move before this Court at

Patna High Court CWJC No.14554 of 2021(3) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 appropriate stage. In this back ground, this writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to move in fresh writ challenging the order passed in the departmental proceeding/ criminal proceeding against the petitioner, if so advised.
