The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S.Case no.287 of 2010 dated 30.12.2010 registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that by impersonating him, he get the sale-deed executed with respect to the land of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case as the land is mutated in his name and he is in custody for 1 1⁄2 months. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him and he will also co-operate in the investigation and in the trial.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S.Case No.287 of 2010.. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
