The instant application has been filed for modification/correction of the typographical error which has occurred in the order dated 25.2.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12123 of 2019, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to this application.

It is submitted that the name of petitioner no.2 has wrongly been typed as 'Shanti Kumar' instead of the correct 'Shani Kumar'. Further the name of the father of the petitioner no.3 was wrongly been typed in the main petition as 'Prabhu Paswan' instead of the correct name 'Chuni Lal Rajak' which would be evident from the copy of the Aadhar card of the petitioner no.3 which has been brought on record as annexure to

Patna High Court MJC No.1582 of 2021(7) dt.22-09-2021 3/3 the instant application.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, the application is allowed and the order dated 25.2.2021 passed in CWJC no. 12123 of 2019 is modified to the following extent:

(1) The name of the petitioner no.2 in the order dated 25.2.2021 shall be read as 'Shani Kumar' instead of 'Shanti Kumar'.

(2) The name of the father of the petitioner no.3 in the order dated 25.2.2021 shall be read as 'Chuni Lal Rajak' instead of 'Prabhu Paswan'.

The application stands disposed of.
