The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Hathuwa P.S. Case No. 152 of 2015 registered under Sections 366(A) and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the victim went to the school but she did not return and it is alleged that victim has been kidnapped by Rajan Sah and his parents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of love affairs and the petitioner is only mother of Rajan Sah and there is no legal evidence against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant submits that in paragraph 8 of the case diary it is learnt that this petitioner is also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49907 of 2015 (4) dt.30-01-2016 involved in kidnapping.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Kunal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Hathuwa P.S. Case No. 152 of 2015.
