The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jagdishpur Goradih P.S. case No. 311/2019 registered under Section 147, 341, 323, 504, 354B of the IPC.

The informant alleged that while she was going for immersion of idol and when she reached near the house of Neeraj Mandal, Neeraj Mandal, Manish Kumar, Miku Kumar Gugal Mandal and others started assaulting the informant making allegation of child lifter. The informant further alleged that they tried to outrage her modesty.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that simply some altercation took place as there was repeated

Similarly situated accused, Neeraj Mandal, has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3470 of 2020. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that similarly situated accused, Neeraj Mandal, has already been ordered to be enlarged on anticipatory bail and the case of petitioners stands on similar footing, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur Goradih P.S. case No. 311/2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
