In both these cases, a limited prayer has been made to direct the Collector, Aurangabad to proceed with for appointment

5/5 of Class IV employees, as has been pointed out by the counsel for the petitioners that the authorities have taken administrative decision for preparation of panel for recruitment of class IV employees on 1.03.2018 and also they have again reiterated the same in its meeting dated 31.08.2018, but even after the decisions, the Collectoriate has not published the advertisement nor any process of selection has been started as well as there is no likelihood of starting process of selection in near future. In such view of the matter, this Court directs the Collector, Aurangabad to initiate a process of selection for appointment of class IV employees in terms of Bihar Group D (Recruitment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2009, which has been enforced w.e.f. 26.03.2010.

It is expected from the Collector, Aurangabad that entire selection process will be completed within a period of ten months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, these writ applications are disposed of.
