JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 8.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44497 of 2018. Anticipatory bail was granted to the O.P.no.2 on the ground that he will deliver the car in running condition after repairing of the engine in presence of the complainant but no preparing was made in the engine and the same has been handed over in the same condition, which will appear from the certificates granted b the mechanic. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has opposed the prayer on the ground that after full repairing along with denting and painting and repairing of the machine, petitioner was requested to come and make it

Having heard both sides and the facts as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court granting anticipatory bail to the O.P.no.2. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
