The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he supplied illegal arms to the apprehended Mithun Kumar. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name subsequently sprang up on the confessional statement of apprehended accused. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 286 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
