The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant and his wife sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37003 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 against the petitioners. The injury of the informant has been found simple in nature. The petitioners were granted the benefits under Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C but now cognizance has been taken by the learned Court below. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur P.S.
