The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 281 of 2015 registered under Sections 414 and 413 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail even though he is in custody since 2.8.2015. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
