JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2025 In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 22.03.2021, passed in CWJC No.9081 of 2020, the District Magistrate, Siwan has passed an order dated 27.10.2021 in which certain directions have been given, however though we are in the year 2025, it is not clear as to whether the said directions have stood complied with or not, nonetheless in case the aforesaid directions issued by the District Magistrate, Siwan,

Patna High Court MJC No.1583 of 2021(4) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 have not yet been complied with, the District Magistrate, Siwan shall ensure compliance of the same within a period of four weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.

2. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances by taking recourse to the due process of law.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
