The present application came to be filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.01.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17949 of 2022. A show cause affidavit on behalf of opposite party no. 1 to 5 is filed in the Court and the same is taken on record.

3. It is categorically averred that substantive admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid, save and except the Non-Practicing Allowance. It is further stated that in compliance with the order of this Court a reasoned and speaking order has been passed under letter no. 2136 dated 08.07.2024 by the Director, Animal Husbandry, Bihar, Patna, and the petitioner is found not entitled to get Non Practicing Allowance, the copy of which is also placed on record as Annexure-A to the show cause.

4. In view of the aforenoted facts and taking note of the averments made in the show cause affidavit, this Court finds no reason or occasion to continue with this proceeding, however, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order contained in letter no. 2136 dated 08.07.2024, he is at liberty to assail the same by filing appropriate application.

5. The contempt petition stands closed.
