JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.164 of 2015 arising out of Harsidhi P.S.Case No.146 of 2014 pending in the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Motihari registered for an offence under Sections 341, 342 and 307/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In pursuance to the earlier order a fresh show cause has been filed on behalf of Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari, the same is accepted.

A report was called for from the trial Court regarding the stage of the case indicates that the prosecution evidence is closed. Since the case is at a concluding stage, I am not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53390 of 2015 (6) dt.16-08-2016 to grant bail to the petitioner, the same is rejected. The Court below is directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
