The petitioner is accused in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that petitioner along with other 12 accused entered into the house of informant Sulochana Devi, thereafter, Putush Kumar and Tej Narayan Singh asked to informant to give Rs. 30,00,000/- as received by him in pension as per direction of Surya Narayan Singh. Thereafter, hot words were exchanged in between Pankaj Kumar (deceased) husband of the informant, Putush Kumar and Tej Narayan Singh. Thereafter, husband of the informant was forcibly taken away from the house, where Putus Kumar, Tej Narayan Singh, Bittu Kumar, Santosh Kumar, Rakesh Kumar,

No.55346 of 2015 (3) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 Ranjeet Kumar, Krishna Murari (Petitioner), Ramjee Singh, Boudhu Singh, Satyanaran Singh, Sayamli Singh and Gagan Kumar shot fire on the husband of the informant, who died on the spot. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is the cousin of the deceased, husband of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. While the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but no specification has been attributed against the petitioner as specific allegation is against the other four accused persons to shot fire upon the husband of the informant. The petitioner is accused in other case as mentioned in para 3 of the case diary in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015.
