2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Masaurhi P.S.Case No. 206 of 2024.

3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the deceased is the younger son of the informant. The deceased took Rs. 300/- from the informant and went from his house. When the informant came to his house, he saw the dead-body of his son. The daughter of the informant apprised the informant that the dead-body of Raushan (deceased) was found in sitting posture, in the brick surrounding premises of one Durga Keshri.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34587 of 2025(7) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Nothing emerged against him in the entire investigation. There is no injury on the dead-body, according to the post mortem report. Nothing has been detected in the viscera which was sent for chemical examination in the FSL. There is nothing which suggests that it was a homicidal death.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P.S.Case No. 206 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.
