The petitioner has filed the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no.2 vide order dated 25/08/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35144 of 2014.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the said order was obtained by means of false submissions before the Court and also that after passing of the order the petitioner is being threatened by Awadhesh Kumar (Opposite Party no.2).
