The petitioner is accused in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015 registered under Sections 212, 414 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. The petitioner along with two others was apprehended by the police on the allegation that they belongs to the members of the Naxal organization. On search, four mobile sets are said to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner was apprehended by the police from his house showing the recovery of four mobile sets because petitioner is accused in four others cases, but in all cases, he is on bail. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52404 of 2015 (3) dt.09-02-2016 is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S.
