Petitioner is named in the first information report but only allegation of firing and carrying the dead body of the deceased was levelled against the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that dead body of the victim of the present case has not been recovered as yet and moreover, having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Sukhari @ Sukhari Mandal @ Dinesh Mandal has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26.2.2015 passed in Cr.
