JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 01-11-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents to restore the electricity connection of the house of the petitioner bearing consumer no.401315630, which has been disconnected from 26.04.2022 by the concerned department on account of nonpayment of the electricity dues of Rs.01,02,081.88 by the petitioner.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.9736 of 2022(3) dt.01-11-2022 2/2 directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry regarding the electricity bill of the petitioner dated 20.04.2022 and ensure a correction thereon which stands wrongly as Rs.

01,02,081.88 and accordingly provide appropriate electricity bill statement to the petitioner.

(iii) For any other relief/s for which the petitioner may found to be entitled with in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Prayer allowed.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
