JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 380 of 2014 corresponding to Trial No. 968 of 2014 registered under Sections 498(A) and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, it appears that husband and wife have amicably settled the disputes and ready to live peacefully along with their child. It also appears from the report that they are not willing to pursue the cases instituted against each other in the Court below and shall take steps for withdrawal of the same.

No.5694 of 2016 (4) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Benipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 380 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 968 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
