JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2021 Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Office has generated two writ numbers in relation to the present writ application filed by the petitioner raising grievance for payment of his retiral dues inasmuch as earlier writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2020 was registered in which a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has directed the State to file counter affidavit. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be permitted to be withdrawn.

Mr. Kinkar Kumar, learned Standing Counsel -9 for the State submits that he has got no objection.
