JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-08-2019 This application has been preferred seeking extension of time to surrender in the court below. At the first instance, the Court was not willing to entertain this application, however, learned counsel for the petitioner has given this Court to understand that the son of the petitioner was seriously ill and needed immediate medical attention. It is for this reason, he was unable to surrender and take appropriate steps. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs that in case the petitioner surrenders within two weeks from today, he will be enlarged on bail in terms of the order dated 11.01.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.45490 of 2018. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

No further application for extension of time shall be
